304's life: Congratulation to my Cozy Sabriana..

Yesterday was the wedding of my Cozy at Ban 3. Her wedding was so great that all the camp was full with people that attend the wedding. There were 20 camps altogether. Even though the rain came down about 1230noon but then it didn’t stop from guest from coming. Poor to my cozy her beloved mother couldn’t see her wedding.

Since my uncle is origin from Labi in Kuala Belait, therefore there were a rarely ceremony seen, "Tuang Beras". This ceremony is where the man who got married to a labi family needs to bring a full "tempayan" of rice with the basket. From there, before the female is represent to the husband the "Org Tua- Tua" will do their duty by starting the ceremony with "Tuang Beras". I was amaze with the ceremony.

Will i get such ceremony when i get married?

Too bad NO, according to my dad i have to follow the Tutong side. My Late grandpa is from Labi, my grand ma is from Tutong. While as my mom parent’s side is from Malacca. Well Malacca ceremony i wonder what. I never ask my mom on that actually. I ever ask my mom which side should i follow? She suggest to follow all & i reply "Alamak, kopak awal la along"
Whatever ceremony that i have to follow is not a must but then it’s just the tradition that we have to respect. What is more important of all is "Nikah", the halal and must to be done following the muslim rules.

By looking to my cozy getting married, i felt jealous. The healthy jealous where she is much younger than i do but she found her soul mate already. I wish and pray that Allah will give me & show me my soul mate so that i can plan to get married.

As for now, im still single..oh no...hehe Hope by next year my brother ry will get married, amin.
