Me lately

I have been extremely busy lately. I have been busy preparing several reports & preparing myself to conduct interview for new team member for my unit. Interviewing isn’t that easy after all. Need to understand their character and point out what we want.

I remember once before when i was first interviewed for my 1st job, i was clueless. I even read books and ask around how to attend interview. Too many questions pop’s up in my mind and i wonder what is the best ways to answer any questions asked.
